Get On Set! Sign up for the Film Technicians Traning Program at Santa Fe Community College!


Their graduates are working on-set right now!

• Work with film professionals.

Upcoming Classes for the Fall Semester:

FILM 140/CRN 21038 Film Crew Training I – This class gets you ready to work on movie sets in NM. Learn about the craft areas in filmmaking, get production assistant training, get OSHA certified, network with filmmakers. Starts August 22nd.

FILM 141/CRN 21039 Film Crew Training II – This class is newly designed for people wanting to learn about producing and directing support jobs. Learn production management, assistant directing, budgeting and scheduling. Available to all student who have passed Film Crew Training I. Starts August 29th

All our classes are team taught by working professionals. It's the Film Technicians Training Program at Santa Fe Community College!


Enroll this January for Film Crew Training at Santa Fe Community College.

FILM CREW TRAINING I CRN 30613 MART 251 is the first in a series of classes to help train and support students as they explore career opportunities in the New Mexico film industry. In this class students will help to produce a short film and work weekly with union film professionals learning the basics about how a movie set works and what skills are need to obtain jobs in set design, make-up, wardrobe, camera, electric, grip, and more.

Dual Credit is available for High School students who enroll before January, 15, 2009
